How much weight will I lose with this diet & excercise?

I'm not drastically overweight. I'm about 114lbs, and around 5ft 3. I FEEL fat. I hate it. When I sit down I have this load of fat. I'm in tears about it EVERY NIGHT. I've been through it all. I'm a recovering bulimic. Don't judge, please. I am honestly fed up, I can't take it much more. I want a healthy diet, I want to be healthy... I want a guy to love me for who I am, and I'm thinking losing weight will help with that... but that doesn't make any sense?!

anyway:

If I have..

Breakfast: Porridge. Lunch: Tuna and salad (wholemeal) sandwich with a piece of fruit. Dinner: Pasta or something healthy.. I won't eat it if it's not healthy.

And I come home and work out for an hour, doing different things: running, walking, crunches, this workout machine thing.

How much will I expect to lose? How much time? PLEASE help me!
