How much weight will I lose with this diet & excercise?
I’m not drastically overweight. I’m about 114lbs, and around 5ft 3. I FEEL fat. I hate it. When I sit down I have this load of fat. I’m in tears about it EVERY NIGHT. I’ve been through it all. I’m a recovering bulimic. Don’t judge, please. I am honestly fed up, I can’t take it much more. I want a healthy diet, I want to be healthy… I want a guy to love me for who I am, and I’m thinking losing weight will help with that… but that doesn’t make any sense?!

If I have..
Breakfast: Porridge. Lunch: Tuna and salad (wholemeal) sandwich with a piece of fruit. Dinner: Pasta or something healthy.. I won’t eat it if it’s not healthy.
And I come home and work out for an hour, doing different things: running, walking, crunches, this workout machine thing.
How much will I expect to lose? How much time? PLEASE help me!
You’re not heavy at all, in fact, you’re a little less than average. If you really want to lose weight though, make sure you get the okay from your doctor. First off, 3,500 calories equals one pound. Therefore, to lose one pound of fat weight a week, you must eat 500 calories less than you normally do. Although you must NOT eat less than 1,200 calories or your body will go into starvation mode and your body will store everything you eat as fat. If you want to eat as you normally do (within reason) you need to burn off an extra 500 calories. You can do this by any activity you find enjoyable as long as you are sweating and are tired by the end of the workout. If you’re not tired, you need to work harder or find a more vigorous activity. Examples of great calorie burners are biking, running, Roller-blading, jogging, and any type of Martial Arts. (If you take Martial arts, sparring is great!) Good luck, and please be careful. Weight loss isn’t hard to manage, (coming from a thirteen year old who lost sixty pounds.) but it can take a toll on your body.
first of all your below the average weight for 5ft. 3 and im sure you don’t need to loose weight maybe you should just do some toneing exercises to flaten your belly. or paloties I dont know to spell it
you will definitely lose weight.. im not sure how much. I recently started the same thing. I used to have anorexic tendencies, and just tihis week started doing oatmeal for breakfast, usually a piece of fruit and/or cottage cheese for lunch, tuna or turkey wrap for dinner plus work outs, and I’ve already lost weight. (I used to eat nothing.) so im pleasantly surprised and now believe what everyone has always told me: do it healthy. so keep it up!
