Whats a good amount of time or miles to be brisk walking on a treadmil, if you what to lose weight?

Just walk outside to start with as it is better for you (and your wallet :) ), and around about 4 miles, if your looking to lose weight, combined with a healthy diet. Don’t forget to drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated.

If you want to lose weight quickly, it is best to run 45 minutes as fast as you can (10mph) on a treadmill, on an incline. You can burn anywhere from 600-700 Kcal this way. It is also important to stay hydrated with a sports drink (like propel, which has very few calories) when you are sweating to replace lost water and sodium from your body. If you only plan to walk quickly, you will need to do it for at least an hour and a half to see weight loss quickly.
