How long does it take to get a flat stomach?

How long does it take? I only have like and inch or 2 to loose before it’s flat?? And if you do like 15 min cardio and 15 min hardcore abs workout each day?

Their right, it should take about 3-5 weeks. But something I’ve recently discovered through different trainers is that interval training is the best way to shed unwanted fat. What Im talking about when I say “interval training” is that you increase the resistance/speed/incline- overall intensity of the exercise- in a series of intervals(just periods of time incase you don’t recognize that word).For example if you were jogging, you would sprint for a certain distance or time(say- 1-2 minutes) then you continue to jog then sprint again, then jog and you keep doing those bursts for as long as you feel you can go and then sum. I say ‘and then some’ because if you push through what is labeled “good pain” you get better results. If you combine interval training with giving 120% you should get amazing results because both have been proven to increase how many calories you burn because along with incinerating calories as you workout, both of the tips I’ve told you have been proven to increase your body’s need of oxygen and.. lol well I wont get into it but you know what “metabolism” is right? if not, look it up but basically what I told you will get your metabolism fired up and makes it so that it doesnt slow down for quite a while afterwards which means your burning more calories even after you stop working out (Y). You probly want see a difference for about 3 weeks to a month … it takes time ! Xo:)
