how long till I notice a difference?

im going swimming for a hour twice a week, im not really fast, but I dont stop. How long till I tone with that? please dont say 2 times a week wont help, its all I can afford. Im doing other toning stuff but the major one is swimming, and what muscles will it work doing the breast stroke? thanks

well I have no idea whats the dealio with blerggher. But I’m a former swimmer of 8 years, so I’m here to help you. Swimming is one of the sports that work almost all of the muscles at once. Trust me you will see a difference probably like actually visible in like amonth or two, it depends on how hard you swim and what type of training you do (short sprints/long distance). by doing the breaststroke, you work all of the muscles on on your arms and I’m not quite sure but I think the muscles on your shoulders too. You especcially work your inner and outer thigh muscles and also your calfs.

So TRUST me, by swimming you will really see a difference! And another thing to be happy about, is that in swimming you sweat but it doesn’t matter cause you’re already wet!!

no one will be able to tell you this without knowing your exact calorie intake and what other exercises you might do on a regular basis.(you could be swimming for 2 hours a week and eating Big Macs 7 times a week for all we know) unless you can tell us these things exactly no one will be able to help you with any sort of accurate information
