How long to do situps after eating?

my dinner how long do I wait till I do my situps to burn any fat that might appear from the food… or something like that :S do I do the situps before I go to sleep or right after I’ve eaten or sort of in between? any tips on being healthy or excerising?? xx

Squats burns a lot more calories than sit ups.
