There is absolutely no way of knowing, sometimes people can go over a week being 3cm! It's crazy how your body works, you just never know what to expect. My body went into labor at 31 weeks and they had to stop it for the safety of my son, then when it came time for him to come, he didn't want to so I needed a c-section. All you can do is go with the flow and hope for the best, good luck!
