how can I be able to do the splits?

didnt know what to put this under haha :)

okay so im 16 so still pretty young, when I was 6/7 I used to do gymnastics and I could ALMOST do the spilts and then I stopped gym and now ten years on I want to be able to do the splits again. any stretching tips I could do daily to get me there? any advice is apreciated :)

ok first you have to streatch once in the eavning and once in the morning do the “butterfly” and toe titches!!!thats how I got to do it but there are more exersizes you could do. :) goodluck jessi

just try 2 do it every day and keep on doing it tell you know how 2
