How do I get a body like Evangeline Lilly?

I know it sounds weird but she has one of the bodies that I admire most. What do you suggest I do (work out wise) to get a body like hers?

(I also think Eva Longoria has a great body so if you could include answers for her too that would be great :D )

with skipping you can loose upto 26 calories a minute and it is really good to tone your arms and legs. It is hard though it doesn’t seem, but once you reach to a minute or so you’l be out of breath so drink a lot of water, possibly a few sips at a time otherwise you’ll get stomache pain. and increase the work out, for example, do 10 sets of skipping each for a minute leaving 1-2 minutes break in between then gradually increase this over teh next few days to say foe example 10 sets of skipping for a minute and a half leaving a minute or two in btween etc.

HAha, I didn’t know “skipping” was part of any workout! I know I wont look exactly like her but I just wanted to know if I should look more into cardio or weight training.

Evangeline has killer arms…so you could try lifting weights. It’s really fun =] You could also try jogging. I read somewhere that she’s very competitive when she’s working out…and if there’s a guy on the track running ahead of her, she nearly kills herself trying to run ahead of him. She’s not stick thin, but more muscular. So don’t go crazy with the dieting. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. She’s a very healthy person.

Okay firts of all to get a body as similaar as their’s you would need to have the same height and body shape, Otherwise it is impossible. Either way, you won’t have the exact body as their’s but you might have a better one, a healthy balanced diet and 30-60 miniutes work out at least 3-4 days a week should get you into shape. Your work outs should vary and those should eb done that will work your whole body such as, skipping, swimming, walking/jogging even Golf!

Let’s be honest - to get a body like Evangeline Lilly’s, you would need to work out 1 to 3 hours A DAY 6-7 days a week. You’d also need to restrict your diet from refined carbs, added sugar, and fat. Lots of fiber, fruit and vegetables, and water - definitely no cheating like egg yolks, full fat dairy, red meat, or alcohol. Then try running, yoga, pilates, weights, core workouts such as surfing and inline skating, and maybe you’d have a shot at having a body that looked like hers.
