How do you make scramble eggs?

My grandma is still sleeping and I dont know how to work the things in her kitchen anything could help

Answer #1

Put how ever many eggs you want into a bowl, mix them up, with a whisk. then move pan around and you may add a little milk, salt, or pepper, keep the pan moving around, and flip the eggs until they get a little goldenbrown and then they are done

Answer #2

crack 2 or 3 eggs in a cup with a splash of milk and whip it with a fork. Turn the burner up to a medium temperature. Pour it in the the pan and use a spatula to move them around so they dont cook together. When they are yellow and fluffy they are done. Dont cook them til they turn brown. That means they’re burnt. Personally, I think they’re good with salt, pepper and shredded cheddar cheese. But thats just me.

The way I do it is to break eggs into a bowl and a little milk (about a tablespoon of milk per egg), salt and fresh ground pepper. The milk makes the eggs fluffy and moist. People who like their eggs dry should skip the milk. Some people also prefer to season their eggs instead of having salt and pepper mixed in; if so omit.

Pour into a buttered fry pan and as it begins to cook stir the eggs around so they don’t form an omelet. When cooked put on plate and enjoy.

Most restaurants don’t do this though. They just break the eggs on the griddle and quickly break the yolk with their spatula and move it around on their griddle to scramble them.

If you want to make your scrambled eggs extra fluffy mix a little pancake batter into them. If you use just a little you won’t taste it but it will make the eggs extra light and fluffy.

Answer #4

-Get however many eggs you want (I’d say 2) -Add a little milk but not so it’s drowning in it -Mix then up with a fork or a whisk -Put in the microwave for a minute -Take it out (remember to use oven gloves it will be hot) -add a bit of salt or pepper if you wish -put the scrambled egg back in the microwave for about a minute and a half -take it out and it should be done, if not put it back in for about 30 seconds and check after.

WARNING:Remember not to use metal in the microwave, so not forks or anything. China and glass is ok though, otherwise it could cause a fire.

Answer #5

Whisk eggs in a bowl until the yolk and albumen are thoroughly blended, then pour into a warm pan. Keep the eggs moving while it cooks until there is no more liquid present. Add a little milk to the mixture to keep the eggs really fluffy.

However, if you are unfamiliar with working in the kitchen, have someone there with you before you try anything for the first time. Working with the stove can be very dangerous if you are not familiar with controlling heat.
