how do you get away from an abusive parent without cps?

my dad semi abuses me and my sister. he’s never puched us before but throws things, and chokes us. in the passed I’ve had 2 bloody noses and a door broken down ontop of me. my sister isnt in his custody anymore. and I need to find a way out to, I’ve called cps but they havent halped me at all in the passed 4 years. my mom left him because of the abuse, so I cant go to her.(she’s gone) I can probably get a job and support myself, but I dont know how to get an emancipation.

Okay my girlfriend has a very abusive dad her almost killed her today on march 21 2010 and she is to scared to do antlything about I need to know what to do to help so someone please help he I don’t know what to do.

what you do is plant a video cameria then go hide at a friends house and when he finds you he will take you home and when he abuses you. you got the whole thing on tape.

I agree with the post above..run away..if you have any family you can go to…see if they will help…but if your in school talk to your teacher or school counsoler
