I have a 1month son and im 17, can I get married without parent consent?

Answer #1

Yes, you can if you travel to Maryland to get married.

Maryland allows pregnant (or if you already have a kid) 16 and 17 year olds to get married without parental consent and you DO NOT have to get permission from a judge first. You have to have an official letter from a doctor in Maryland which confirms your pregnancy (or child if you already have a kid). You DO NOT have to be a Maryland resident to get married in Maryland. A Maryland marriage license is valid in all other areas of the USA.

It probably depends on where you live.
