How do values and attitudes affect goals?

this is for CAFS homework. but I cant figure it out. I need like 6 lines of reasoning. so any knowledge?? :)

Well one example of how they do is… say you have a goal to be like a doctor or something, but don’t value hard word and have a bad attitude when it comes to doing homework. you won’t work hard or pay attention in classes. which will give you bad marks which will then cause to to be either unable to become a doctor or have to work twice as hard as a normal person would.

I would argue that values and goals are detrimental to achieving your goals.

If I value truth, commitment, tidiness, spirituality, my goal would probably not to become a Wall Street banker. On the other hand, if my goal is to become a billionaire, I probably wouldn’t value an education as an artist.
