How do I transfer files to different hard drives?

So, I have an iTunes, which currently has 30GB of music, I get music from Frostwire, which has about 26GB of music (iTunes: 4GB from CD’s, 26GB from Frostwire.) The hard drive im using is 40GB and it called “C:”. I need to tranfer my music (iTunes and Frostwire) to my 80GB hard drive, which is called “k:”. How do I do this? I tried to right-click on the profile, go to properties, and change “Location” from “C:” to “k:”, which did not work. I tried to open up the window for drive “K:”, and drag and drop the iTunes and Frostwire, but it only made a shortcut. So can someone please tell me how to do this?
