How do I tone down muscles and get rid of fat

I’m a fifteen-year-old female. I’m 157cm tall and I weigh about 95 pounds. Because of my dancing, my calf muscules are a little bulky. Recently, I gained 5 pounds in 2 weeks because I ate a lot of junk food. I now have a belly and my butt looks really huge. How can I tone down my calf muscles and get rid of the unwanted fat?

Answer #1

if you are dancing there isn’t much you can really do about your calf muscles. The two things that would be recommended would be try more aerobic exercises with those muscles (long story short marathoners aren’t bulky, power lifters are) and stretching. As you dance those should be covered since you should be pretty flexible and you should be doing regular areobic activity.

Since you are already dancing really you should just work with your diet, and eat less junk food. It’s difficult I understand. Dancers can end up with a strict diet because of the lifts with the male dancers which require them to keep their weight down.

Well longer than it needs to be, but basically, cut out the junk food. That’s all. I recommend against extra physical activities because dancers can easily over train their bodies and get injured very easily.

Just exercise on a daily basis & eat 2 meals a day or 3 meals, smaller portions.
