Toning and getting rid of fat

Hi, ok so im 18 and im 5ft 8 I weigh 64 kilos. im average for my height but I still feel I need to loose the belly and thigh fat by toning it. Can anyone give me any exercise plans that could help? thanks

Cardio will be your best bet for toning your stomach. Ab exercises work to a point, but if you’re not burning off the fat around your belly, your abs will still be forming, only under the belly fat. Also, whenever you’re doing any other exercise, I.e. weight lifting, always try and tighten your stomach while doing them. This way, you increase your core stability as well.
