How do I stop smoking when I dont have the desire to stop?

I smoke quite a lot of RIchmond ciggarettes and have done for a long time, my boyfriend’s stopped, and I know it would be a great investment in my future to stop but im afraid to confess but I enjoy smoking!! :-( But I know its detremental to my whole being/health. especially as I have the birth control implant in my arm, my doctor told me 18 months ago when she put it in that the risks of health complications if you smoke with it in are significantly increased, no timewasters please, this is serious!! Well I have had the same problem for a while, and the truth is you can’t stop without the desire to stop, its simple. You will not quit until you choose to. Everyone’s been telling me for years to give it up. And I’ve agreed with their arguments - Yes it is bad for me, Yes it costs money. But then when I think about it I enjoy it. And at the end of the day I don’t mind spending my money on a pack of fags. No one cane tell you to stop it won’t work, you have to tell yourself and actually have the intention of quitting. Recently I have been lossing the desire to smoke, feeling ill if I have to many, which is weird having smoked for close to 5 years, but I’ve takne it as a sign from ym body and am cutting down im on 3 a day now. Hopefully I’ll keep at it but yet again, who knows. Again its your choice, what ever you choose to do good luck

I really enjoy smoking… but my boyfriend hates it!!! and when im with him I don´t feel like smoking… maybe if you find something to do that makes you forget about smoking will really help.
