how do i stop being jealous

my ex boyfriend and my best friend are going out and i broke up with my ex but i still think i like him and everytime him and my best friend talk on the phone i get mad and jealous!! i just want to know how to stop being jealous and what i should do? should i get back together with him?

First of all, if you and your ex broke up then obviously things werent going that great between you. So before making any drastic decisions you should try and really think about what “problems” or “arguments” you two had. Those are the Important things that you need to consider!! You need to ask yourself, “if I get back together with him, are the arguments that we had still going to be the same? Are certain qualities about him still going to drive me crazy?” (just an example).. You need to ask yourself “Do I want him back because I love him? Or do I only want him back because I dont want anyone else to have him? As for your friend, I’ve seen people like your friend before. I’m surprised that she didnt come to you and ask you if dating your ex would bother you. It seems any REAL friend would put your heart before her own.

if you feel it is right to be with him and you cant see your self happy with anyone else, tell him how you feel and maybe tell your friend too. and if u think you can get over him and to help you to stop being jealous find a new boy toy.

well do you if you want to get back with him get back with him but he might not want you back because he goes out with your best friend. And she is not you best friend because best friends does not go out with each others boyfriends she is dum she needs to find her own dam man and why did she take yours. Swetty why won’t you just move on fined someone elsa out there he is not the only boy out here and leave them along and i bet if you do that the realtioshiop between them will not last long and i bet he will be running back to you so just find you another good man that won’t want your best friend
