HElp me stop being a jealous wreck!

how do i stop being mad jealous whenevr my bf is withother women. i trust him and know he would never do anything with other girls but how do is top being jealous PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE IT IS RUINING MY LIFE :(

I definitely have the same issue, I’m not quiiiiitteee as jealous as you sound but I certainly had trouble accepting it when girls I didn’t know talked to him in any way that could remotely have been flirtacious. What I learned is that I can’t control him and I can’t control other girls, so one way or another I’ll have to deal with them interacting whether I like it or not. I try to focus on the time I have with my bf and when he’s around other girls I try to either distract myself or I go up and hang out with him while the other girls are around…keep an eye on the others and make sure they know he’s taken. Your bf doesn’t hang out with other girls alone, does he? Cus that might be pushing it. But yeah, it’s something you just have to accept, it’s okay to be jealous as long as you draw a line and know that if nothing’s going to happen and your bf is going out with YOU, you’ve got nothing to worry about.
