How can I stop being so insanely jealous?

Everytime my boyfriend mentions other girls from before, or even movies he has watched where there was nudity and he liked, I get so insanely jealous, its not even rational because I know he loves me and he tells me he loves my body, but none of this stops me from getting so jealous. I know he doesn’t do it to make me feel bad or anything the problem is solely on me, and he keeps reminding me how much he loves me and he really is amazing so I really want to stop this irrational jealousy.

you have to trust him. and I know how it feels to have a boyfriend like that but I just learned to not let it bother me aand if I am jealous I just dont show it. thats what I do and it workss.

You just have to learn to trust him. Guys are always going to check out other girls, that doesn’t mean they are going to act on it. He’s with you for a reason, so just stay calm and don’t worry about it. :)
