How do I put red streaks in my hair its black and medium hair lngh?

Bleach the streaks and then put the red dye in. To do this try using one of thes cap things with the holes in it.

get a highlighting cap, bleach kit, and red hair dye. Get the cap on, and pull your hair through where yuhh want the highlights. Then mix up the bleach kit, and put it in your hair. yuhh might have to do this twice to get it light enough. If yuhh want like blood red,and not like regular hair colored red, than get RAW hair dye, they sell it at Hot Topic(omg I friggin Ell-Ohh-Vee- Eee that store!hahaha)and oncce yuhhr hair is light enough, put the red in(:hope this helped, if yuhh need more help, messag me, I have bunches of colors in my hair right now and completely teal/purple bangs hahhaha.
