Why do I itch and have red dots down there?

I’m a female. I have red dots down in a certain area (can you guess?) they’re are flat, not like bumps. They’re like owee’s or something, but there are a whole bunch of them. It itches like crazy sometimes down there. I’m kinda paranoid of what’s going on… OH! And oh yeah, it’s on that fatty part where you grow hair, the top part. And I’m obviosly not having sex so it can’t be a sexual disease… unless you can give it 2 urself, hmmm?

well I know this through friends but if you shave or anything or even just if you have hairs it can be ingrowing hairs but nothing to worry about .
