How can I lose weight quickly but healthy?

im 16 and I weigh a lot. I want to get slim for prom. I want to be about a size 12. I exercise often, badminton, swimming, basketball and various other sports. I eat healthy - lots of fruit and veg, low carb foods and I dont eat pre prepared food. But I havent lost any weight. Any adivce to loose weight quickly but healthy??

well if what you sed was true then you should see at least SOMETHING improving. but I only and 2 thoughts: -either you don’t really play the sports or [most likely] your not pushing your self. because if you wanna get results you put the effort in
