Your exaclty right. Many people have trouble areas which are genetically and hormonally controlled. It also has a lot to do with age etc. Diet and exercise can only do so much. I have love handles that seem impossible to get rid of. I started running 4 times a week and eating less calories/carbs etc and they started shrinking. But it was hard keeping up this routine. If I had a lot on or even got sick, I would fall out of routine and sure enough my love handles would come back twice as fast as it took me to get rid of them.

I just started working for company who specializes in medical body shaping called fig. They use the latest in technology to permanently eliminate fat cells and shape up those last few inches that just won’t go away with diet and exercise alone. I’m actually getting one of the treatments next week. I’m really excited but nervous too. I’ve never considered liposuction before, but SmartLipo is something I can handle. It has no anaethesthia and no stitches which means a lot less risk and pain than traditional liposuction.

Although I’m nervous, I just keep reminding myself about all the hours in gym, all the times I restrained myself from eating a dessert, all the clothes I fit that never fit that well, all the dissappointment I felt when I looked in the mirror at the end of a month of exercise. With that in mind, I finally want to do something for me. A christmas present to myself.

You can find out about these procedures on http://fig.com/ourservices-smartlipo.html or www.smartlipo.wordpress.com

Let me know if you have any questions. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Answer #3

The tips were great but it is difficult too, as long as a person keeps exercising the fats keep reducing but from the moment you miss an exercise the fats start increasing with double speed. But if you want to reduce your fats do exercise. And the most improtant thing don’t stop eating.
