How do I convince my bestie she's not fat?

My best friend who cuts herself is also anorexic. She weighs 90 pounds but she is 5’7”. She asks me everyday if she’s fat everyday the answer is the same. No. She always hits my arm with her bony hand and tells me to stop lying. She’s having problems at home. It hurts he to see that she is slowly killing herself by not eating. How do I convice her that she’s not fat.

tell her what is fat, like get some images off google and stuff, then take a pic of her and compare it. or get a pic of somebody who is the same height and weight as her and ask her what she thinks, and also print off these comments like other people said and get her proper medical help or she will kill herself!!! By the way I am 13 and I am about 5 foot 5 and I weigh 134 pounds, but I am extremely muscular because im very active, and I KNOW im not fat even though im so heavy hope I helped and listen to the other people as well xxx

Take her to get aid… she has to have serius check up…but is also about what she wants…

You want us to tell you how to resolve a severe mental disorder? Something that takes years to treat and several specialists, and you also want us to do this online? If you want to help your friend, get her help. From people who know what they are doing (counselors, doctors, take your pick). You are not going to convince her of anything.
