Why can't I remember when I went to bed?

Okay, so, this happens all the time. I fall asleep somewhere and wake-up in my bed. I ask my mom how come I was in my bed and she said that she woke me up and walked me to bed, but I can’t remember any of that. How come?

becuase you probly arent awake enough for you to really relize that your awake. I dont ever remeber that I take one of my meds becuase my mom will wake me up like an hour before I get up to take one of my meds

It used to happen to me as a kid as well…I would fall asleep downstairs and wake up in my bed I used to laugh about it as a child…haha I called it sleepwaking..it just happens you are so tired that you are not aware you are awake its nothing to be worried about usually you arent able to walk by yourself Im sure your mom was helping you up the stairs.. its just you are too tired lol
