how can someone tell if its a guy???

chow can I person tell if a female is really a male by just looking at then??by the way he had a sex change and he/she look sexy and stuff [couse the guys all ways wanna be sexy ladies thats why I said it] >_>

Most of the time you can tell from the body shape, men are usually bigger even after the sex change and have a more bulky appearance than a curvy woman The adam’s apple can also be a factor
