I have a crush on one of my best guy friends!!! Can someone please

He’s a freshman in college and I’m a junior, senior when the summer’s over. He is smart, funny, great to be around, family-oriented, church-going, outgoing, creative, and sexy (and he knows it) but he’s so sweet all the time and when we hang out he really makes me feel special. One time we hung out with his mom and him just watching tv and we went outside and stayed up till 11:00 just talking. That’s the best thing, we can talk about anything. ANYTHING! And he seems genuinely concerned with if I’m comfortable with things. Like when we went shopping he picked out this dress for me to wear and he said I didn’t have to try it on if I didn’t want to. I didn’t really like it but he said he didn’t like it, but I made it look good. Anyway, we have a scene together and we have to kiss! He chose me to do it with, too. And last night at an overnite convention for a club we were both in (with a lot of our friends) we all had to sleep in a tent. But six of us went outside to sleep under the stars and he laid next to me. Another guy, kinda creepy guy, laid on the other side and had his elbow touching my a$$ the whole night. So he moved over so I could be a little farther away from him. Which made me really close to him. He had his knees touching my knees and I felt really safe wih him next to me. He was really nice about it too. I kept apologizing for being up “in his grill”, he just laughed and said it was fine. We did a lot that day together. I really REALLY don’t want to tell him how I feel, I wouldn’t in a million years want to risk the friendship we have now. What do I do? Or even better, how do I know if he likes me without asking? Is there some sort of affection test or something??? Or am I reading waaay too much into it and we just have a really good friendship??? Help?!?

well from the things uve said it seems that he has a thing for u.. and him chosing u kiss..wow…to me it seems that he really likes u and he finds that u two have a great connection…i think u will know for sure how he feels when u two kiss, coz when two people who really like each other kiss it is something special which is so amazing and it makes u feel all feelings at the same time…wait till u kiss and if u feel that connection tell him how u feel…mayb this is ur lucky one! it doesn;t hurt to try!

omg!!thats crazy im going through the same exact thing! but i’m not getting any red flags like you are so i would say go for it and after the kiss tell him how you feel….can anyone help me im going through the same deal but he’s not sending any signals but im really into him what should i do?

Besides the fact that this is happenening. The biggest problem is, since he is such an amazing guy, every girl and her sister “love” him. He’s nice to everyone. So am I just reading waaaaay too much into this?????????????? Or…what?? I dunno, the whole thing is makingme insane ^^ I think about him a lot nowadays lol ^^ I got it bad I know

wow,we kinda have the same problem but im too scared to talk about mine . it seems like its so overpowering , do you too think about him every minute of the day? IM scared just typing this in , like im gona get caught lol. i also have big time sicking feelings for my mans bestfriend to the point where i cant sleep , eat or even breathe sometimes , it doesnt make sence to me i love my man been togethere long time not wotth ruing but i cant help this un comtroled feelings inside me , its like when he pops in are home i just go into a trance and im sure he knows really he looks me up and down , find excuses to see me to , so scared of this feeling think its wrong but its not in my control anymore .

When I was in High School I had a crush on my best friend but I was with someone else. He was an amazing guy and even got in a fight to protect me one time. I went to stay with my dad for the summer and when I got back the first thing he asked me was “Are you and … still together?” I told him yes and he stopped talking to me. I never told him how I felt and now I regret it. Sadly enough I liked him more than my boyfriend but was just to afraid to tell him. If I could go back I would. So my advice just tell him, don’t end up like me always wondering what could of been. Good Luck!!

I think I have a similar problem… I’m in high school and I have a crush on this guy, but he is really nice to everyone! I chat with him online and we have a common hobby. He’s been asked to a dance by someone already, but he isn’t even attending that dance. This guy and I are friends. Should I ruin our friendship by taking a chance at asking him how he feels about me?
