instead of using soap or shaving cream use conditioner… and let it absorb for a couple seconds. also putting baby powder really helps… dont ask me why it just works.

personally i suggest waxing. just suck it up. you wont regret it in the long run.

How much is waxing usually, and what places wax in those areas for you??? I shave everywhere in that area (except for a small patch above my p3nis generally shaven to look like like some sort of design [but I’ve gotten lazy with making it a design, lol]. It’s also not long enough to even get a grip on, ya know?), including the taint and crack… It looks cleaner and more tamed for the girls and I just FEEL cleaner down there…

…you feel dirty? Hmmm… I feel… smooth…

When you wax, it hurts like hell, and it rips out the hairs, along with top layer of skin. So, it’ll look reddish and irritated for around 12-24hrs (naughty bits ESPECIALLY). Most salons carry ‘after-waxing-balms’ that sooth the area, and speeds up the healing…

Waxing does hurt a LOT. It’s absolutely unbearable the first time you do it, because the hair is coarse. With each time you wax, the pain decreases because the hair is softer and more fine (not coarse). It also gets easier and can be done more quickly with each time. Shaving can be a hassle because razor bumps are very common. The possibility of getting an ingrown hair also is HUGE because when the hair re-grows, the tip of each hair will be razor sharp, and since pubes are generally curly-ish.. they often will dig right under your skin. They do however make creams and products to use SPECIFICALLY to eliminate razor bumps in the bikini area…

Just my two cents.

I have the exact same problem , and it bothers me. One of my friends told me that I should try using an electric razor & after I’ve shaved it to put deoderant on it. ( just around , not actuallly inside the vag.) it has to be the white deoderant, not the spray or gel deoderant.

So I tried it , and it actually worked , I dont get razor bumps any more and I dont need to go through the pain of waxing. (:

Hope I helped :) Good Luck.

Yes waxing hurts and it doesn’t last that long (10 days) and you have to wait until the hair is long enough to re-wax it. It’s great while it lasts but it seemed like too much a hassle (and pain) for what it gives as a result. Though I’ve been told that if you do for a few years, the hair might actually stop growing all together.

Shaving can be irritating, but you can try creams (even the normal that hydrates the skin), avoid cheap soap (use hydrating, natural soap, perfume free) and don’t shave against the grain (shave downwards, not up). Also invest in a good razor (no cheap ones down there) . It might take a few times for your skin to get used to shaving too maybe all you need is a bit of patience and practice. Good luck!
