Whats the most weight a person can lose in a months time?

How much could a person loose in one month with a healthyl diet and working out? ( weight lifting and walking/jogging)

It depends on how you work out. I get up in the morning at five a.m. all the time and run in the morning and I dont eat no junk food only healthy food and drink only milk and water. It sometimes work and then it sometimes doesnt.

This depends on so many factors, any attempt to answer this question for you would be incredibly negligent without giving you a complete physical first.
