How can I lose weight fast without exercise?

I am 24 yrs old and have found it very hard to lose the baby weight that I have from my two kids. It is very hard for me to excercise due to the fact that I have Excercised Induced Asthma(diagnosis was given to me by Military doctors). I currently weigh 210lbs and I am only 5’7. I would like to lose atleast 60lbs. Is there anything out there that is quick and easy? I’ve tried so many things that I am starting to give up-PLEASE HELP!!

Healthy weight lose is usually not quick or easy. It takes time and work. When people lose weight quickly, it’s often because their body is dehydrated. So once they get hydrated again, they gain the weight right back since it wasn’t even fat that they lost to begin with.

Make sure you eating a healthy diet. You should be eating about six smallish meals a day. That will keep your metabolism going so you can burn calories easier. Also drink plenty of water. Read food labels, avoid things high in saturated fat. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

You need to go back to your doctor to find out how to control your asthma. You may be able to avoid whatever is triggering your asthma or you may be able to take medications to control it.

If your regular doctor can’t help enough you may have to go to a specialist like a allergist or pulmonologist but don’t give up on exercise, you need it for long term health.
