Im dieting and working on my body for summer too. Snacking is my biggest thing after school also! What I do is when I want somthing to snack on ill just eat fruit or FRESH veggies. Somtimes even a small salad with little or no dressing on it. You could also try gronala bars also, or maybe some yogurt.

When I realized that I was starting to fill out I started to eat healthier. Snacking is a big problem in weight gain. I lost 15 pounds in just a couple weeks. It’s hard at first but the more you diet the easier it gets. My method was a little extreme though. I ate only a banana in the morning. Then only vegetables and lean meats for my other meals. Make dinner your smallest meal and don’t eat after 7. Instead of snacking chew a piece of gum or eat something healthy like a granola bar. I was 120lbs abd now I’m down to 100 and haven’t gained it back since. Excersise is also VERY important. Jogg as much as you can and lots of water.

Easy way that I lost 10 pounds in 2 months: Drank nothing but water and cut back on junk food. It isnt a diet, but its healthier choices that lose that extra weight quickly.
