How can I lose stubborn fat in my buns and thighs?

I’m 21 and I try to do regular exercise, about thirty minutes 5 days a week. I try to eat healthy, I drink plenty of water but still that stubborn fat on my thighs and my buns won’t come off. My belly is flat but my problem area is down there. I think I am pear shaped, so i don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Any suggestions for exercises that will shape that part fast?

Well im only 13. But my mom has the same problem. What my mom does is leg workouts. When you buy a workout video there are some workouts that help your leg and thighs. Just go brisk walking 1 hour a day. Eat alot of fruits.

Spot reducing doesn’t really work. All you can really do is loose fat all over and your problem areas will go down too.

You might try longer workouts. Conventional wisdom says that longer workouts burn more fat so you might try 3 one hour workouts instead of 5 30 min ones/week.

What kind of exercise are you getting? Are you doing resistance and cardio? Resistance training can help tone muscles.

Sounds like you are in pretty good shape already, remember that the last few lbs are always the hardest. Keep up the good work and don’t give up!

good luck!
