How can I lose a few inches really fast, like before june?

I can’t go to the gym or anything my moms going to get me into water aerobics (good fat burner) lol. Anyway that’s going to take a while and really want to look nice next year at school. Please help. :) P.s. We have no money so buying things is out of the question. We have like one of those ball things. Lol that was gross. Lol

If you have a little money, then one of the cheapest and greatest things to invest in is a skipping rope. It sounds silly, but seriously, start skipping for 20 or 30 minutes a day and it is a great cario workout. I mean proper skipping though, where the rope is constantly moving and you are going some speed. It can hurt your arms at first, but if you work up how long you do it for each day, then it is great. Go stand in your garden, the park or anywhere and just use a rope, a piece of old washing line or anything you can jump over. That will tone arms and help with your legs.

Try some yoga stretches (look some up online or get a book or DVD from your local library), as these are a great toner and not too intense. They give you a nice slimline shape instead of bulky muscle.

Floorwork such as sit ups/ curnches, lunges and so on are good for some muscle development. You can do these with the ball you have- maybe get your mom to show you how if it is her ball.

Even playing tennis/ frisbee/ tag/ rounders in the park with friends will be good exercise for you. Just aim to do an activity that gets your heart rate up 3 to 4 times a week and maybe do muscle work such as yoga and floorwork between. Make sure you do not do it every day though, as you can wear yourself out.

use a hula hoop. its kinda like the skipping rope thing, except it sorta withers your waist away. its kinda hard to master tho lmao :P good luck! :)
