How can I lose this weight really fast?

What’s the fastest way to lose 10 pounds? So I have really hard abs and thigh muscles, but they’re covered in like an inch of fat. I used to be really underweight and now I weigh a little more than I want too and I look kind of chubs for my frame. I want to lose 10-15 pounds. What’s the fastest way to do that?

Answer #1

Squats and sit ups.

Exercise for atleast 2 hours a day, and eat healthy, like salads, fruits, and vegtables… but eat a good amount of meat. Make sure you drink plenty of milk. And everbody is different so if you don’t lose more than 5lb the first month, ask a parent or doctor if you can take a fat burning pill or sensa, if you’d like. Stay away from energy drinks and Gaterade!!! Stick with water or low calorie water flavorer. Also drink protein shakes after working out.

Answer #3

Work out daily, eat fruits and veggies, drink plenty of water, and live stress free:)

Wow, the answers I just read…

The fastest way? Don’t eat. You won’t die right away, but your muscles will eat themselves for energy.

The safest way? There’s no such thing as a ‘healthy’ way of losing or gaining weight. Our bodies are better suited to maintain current weight because that is, theoretically, the best balance of nutrients, not a deficit nor surplus.

Anyways, the ‘safest and healthy’ way is to just lower your calories below maintenance and keep training with high intensity. You might lose ~1lb. or 5lb. depending how your body reacts to the deficit. Listen to your body and adjust your diet.

I’ve found the best foods are ones high in protein and fat. Whole eggs, chicken breast, lean beef, white fish, so on. Best carb sources for me were rice and oats, with vegetable varieties.

First of all congrats on the abs! I’m guessing you already work out cause that must be why you have abs in the first place! So to lose this stubborn weight you’ll have to change your eating plan. It’s always hard to lose that layer of fat between your muscle and skin- everyone struggles with it because we aren’t meant to be that lean (we are meant to have small fat deposits there cause back in cave times we needed it to keep warm) anyway, the best way to go about this is to cut out all foods that are high in carbohydrates (pasta, noodles, bread -switch white bread for grain bread-, etc etc) Make your meals consist of whole fish or whole chicken (not chicken nuggets or processed patties or ground up fish cakes), and all your greens!! Broccoli is AMAZING, cauliflower, beans, spinach, carrots etc etc all great for your body- full of nutrients and fill you up. They have practically no fat in them so you can munch away.. the best things for you come from the ground or on trees! For snacks eat things like celery and nuts or fruit if you want, but don’t eat too much fruit as although it’s very good for you it does bloat you. DRINK HEAPS OF WATER! And exercise every day alternating between fast workouts and slow jogs. That’s the best advice I can give you. I can also advise you to not listen to people who say ‘don’t eat’ as not eating will make your body start eating your muscle and although you will lose weight you’ll also lose all your muscle and energy to work-out. Also when you skip meals your body goes into hibernation mode, resulting in the next food you eat being stored as fat and when you start eating more again you’ll put on three times the amount of weight as you should.

A friend of mine recently used the hydroceycut diet pill and it basically took her appetite away so this could be an easy and cheap way to lose weight I don’t think it be very safe or healthy bt It’s an option
