how can I lose 10-20 kg in 2-3 months?

I need to lose all that for summer camp! I’ve been nagging and nagging just to go to this summer camp!! mom said she wants me to lose weight first… I’m not considered “fat” I’m just over weight… a little chubby, lol. and it doesn’t show ‘cause I’m tall. I want to lose it wether it shows or doesn’t. it’s for my health. besides it’ll make my face look nicer :) any way. I want to lose 10-19 kg’s in 2-3 and 4 MAXIMUM months… I want to be the skinniest girl on earth by April. don’t tell me it’s not healthy cause even if it’s not I’ll do it! exercising will definitely be part of it. remember … fastest way with details please. thank you! Have a great day!

first of all, its all about mental preparation. you have to discipline your will and self-control to push your self. the fastest way means you have to work harder, sweat more, and mentally prepare more. the routine depends on your age, height, and weight. I dont know that so I’ll explain the basics. 1st week you want to work on light routines. therefore you will not severely damage those muscles that’s been idle for too long. you keep building. This is what I recommend: jogging everyday for 30 minutes. of course the 1st week will be maybe 10 -15 minutes and it will gradually be 30 minutes. after 30 minutes of exercise that when are the body’s fat is starting to get used and thats what we want to sweat off. eventually 30 minutes will be easy, so you will run for 45 minutes and so on. Skipping or swimming is a great alternative, but you have to push yourself. Now theres your arms, shoulders, chest, back, abs, bum, and legs. thats just the general category; there subcategories involved such as arms = tricep + bicep + so on. each category you have to invest time in to workout. you will not be doing these everyday but it’ll be spread throughout the week. for example: mon = arms, legs, abs; tues = shoulders, chest; wed = abs, etc. you start light and you gradually go heavy to avoid risk of injury. common sense right? if you start heavy, your body can’t handle it and you’ll pull a muscle and thats not the point. NOW what you eat is equally important. NO you do NOT eat less. first you want to analyze your daily serving size intake it based on your countries Food Guide. if you see deficiencies thats where you will focus your improvements. theres many tips I can think of such as: always eat breakfast; always have snacks; avoid junk food; always drink water; always veges and fruits with your meals; eat more meals throughout the day to increase your metabolism; etc. what you eat is every important, so for the “fastest way” you have to sacrifice certain meals OR look for healthier alternatives. The fastest way means more pain; so mentally prepare for it. dont forget though! your still growing!! dont push yourself too much with exercises involving your back. but its equally important that you exercise it so, find routines that effective works it out without risk of injury. In summary: jog everyday for 30 minutes; watch what you eat; and prepare mentally. You can do it, you can do it, you can do it! Pm me if you have any questions.
