How do I lose 20 lbs in 2 months?

I want to lose weight. 20 pounds in 2 months. What do I do?

Well walking may not seem like alot but I walk 8 miles a day with my work. I’m only 15 and i weigh 130 ,5’7”feet tall. I lose a pound almost every other day. Plus drink lots of water. Be sure to ask yourself am I hungry or am I just trying to find something to do. :)

20 lbs in 2 months is hard but not impossible.

Your best bet would be to go on a strict diet and exercise every day. Conventional wisdom is that long low intensity workouts burn more fat than intense short ones so walking an hour should be better than 20 minutes of weights. Some people challenge this conventional wisdom; either way if you diet and workout as often as you can you should be on target.
