How To lose 10 kg in 1 month???

how to lose 10 kg in one month? im really serious about it,, I’m 135lbs, 5’4, gained 9 kgs in 1 month.. any advise !!!

eat only fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water no junk foods and fry foods eat chicken and fish but bake, grill or broil only exercise at least 30 mins a day

just CUT DOWN on fatty foods as much as possible, but do not completely depreive yourself of them. you should exercise at 30 mins a day, at least 5 times a week. drink plenty of water, preferably 8 glasses per day and make sure to have your 5 portions of fruit a day… …breakfast is the most important meal of the day, therefore you should eat more in the morning than evening…my biggest advice is not to eat before going to bed as your body slows down the digestion process, which may result in excess weight in the long run. furthremore, I would advise you to have mini meals - that is, eat throughout the day, even if you are not very hungry, as you will not feel the urge to binge. anywhooo, best of luck :)
