Answer #1

where there is a way, there is a will!!

good luck!!

well, you have an wrong understanding.

Some Japanese girls are fatty.

Answer #2

it’s not hard at all actually. I’m doing so myself- just eat a japanese diet. They mostly eat fish and rice and soy and vegetables. if you mainly keep to this and stay away from fast foods and only eat until your %80 full (not always easy , I know) and you’ll be good to go- just give it some time! and beware that muscle weighs three times more then fat so if your working out too much it’ll backfire (experience there).

good luck!

Answer #4

They’re just built like that… there’s no way to look like them unfortunately… they have a different body structure, if you lost weight you probably would just look unhealthy instead of like them…

Answer #5

xxk1mm13xx is half right But it does have to do with race because of genetics, etc..

Answer #6

can you substitute the tea w/ milk?

Answer #7

You are steriotyping as Japanese people being skinny, yes generally asians are thinner than average americans. However the white race is thinner compared to the asian race. You could say the asian are at normal compared to weight and height, white people (girls especially) are thinner for their height. if you are overweight, and the doctor says so, having a japanese diet is good, but if you had too much you would lose too much and become anorexic as I am guessing you’re height is quite tall. Japanese lack in height so being around 7 stone is fine. For white people it is between 9-12 stones comparing in height. You will see that gwen stefanis harajuku group are much more fuller than gwen, they are much shorter, and ahve more on them than her. So not all japanese people are super skinny. They are normal for their weight and height, the diet consists on their genes, as they have had this for centuries. Try eating an old fashioned diet, they were much thinner whites then, as the food was more natural. Around war time, they were much healthier, and they would burn more, you dont have to be exactly like japanese as the diet won’t mix with your genes and won’t exactly be sutiable. What I’m saying is try all kinds of food, but healthy and be active instead lazy, you will shed pounds healthily.

it is not true that their legs dont meet, actually asian legs re far more likley to meet than white, and I am asian and my legs not meet, but they are not skinny, compared to my white friends legs, so typically white peoples legs dont meet, and they are much taller and can easily lose weight. I am not a short asian, as I am quite tall for my race, most of my family are much shorter than me (apart for men, they can reach up to 6 foot) women are much shorter. In the UK I am 5’8 and I weigh 11 stone which is perfect (Doctors say so, BMI) BMI= 23.3 BMI I think. My friend is 5’9 and her weight is 8.8 stone, and her bmi is jsut about under weight and she is superr skinny, so I guess it aint all it seems. oh and asian faces are much more wider and fuller than the white race. (By the way I am not steriotyping whites as skinny- my lithuanian friend is completely normal for her height) all kinds of races are different you can’t stereotype it. The diet in asians have been tradtional and more healthier, but the western have changed to microwaveable, and xxl food, so blame the the evolution of food!!

Answer #9

you cant change your whole body some people are just more big boned than others it doesnt have anythin 2 do with race

About the tea… is there anything you can substitute it with? And where can you get ramen?

Answer #12

Well the average “skinny” japanese girls, with cute little bodies, and the splendid thighs that don’t even touch each other, usually weigh, depending on height. They are skinnier than you think, an average teen pop star japanese idol, that everyone looks up to weigh around 95-100 lbs. Sounds crazy right? It’s not. Japanse models tend only gain around 20 pounds, per foot tall they are. say for example japanese model named: Yuko ogura weighs 93.7 pounds=94 lbs. she is 5 foot 3. The only reason they don’t collaspe on the ground dead, is because they aren’t skinny because they starve themselves, it’s because there traditional diet, is low cal, it insists of fish, rice, seaweed( ex. sushi) healthy stuff. since there calcium comes from low calorie seaweed, than fat inriched cheese ‘n milk. they stay skinny and pretty. don’t think there gonna die, soon because they are so thin. in fact the japanese women have the longest life spand in the world 85- up. americans is 67. we eat a lot of strange crap!

  1. Trade coffee with green tea or barley tea. Some days you will need a kicker, try not to add too much sugar. Also, try to drink a lot of water if you happen to have coffee.

  2. E a t . . . are e a l . . . s l o w.

  3. Seaweed everything. Kelp in your soups, seaweed on your rice, seaweed paste on your toast.

  4. Stay away from sugar. If you MUST eat a piece of candy, eat ONE piece and have fresh fruit with it so you won’t want more candy.

  5. Take walks, or walk at the gym, and like for an hour, unless you like running. If you don’t like running like me, bike. Biking is better for your knees. Japanese kids your age bike or walk to school everyday. Some people have to walk up to a mile. It really helps keep your legs from getting pudgy.

  6. Take baths in the evening and stay away from the kitchen after you get out, unless you’re thirsty. In the summer time shaved ice will cool you down.

  7. Tofu. I would say eat 2 packs a week. You should be able to finish it easy if you eat 1/4 of a tofu a day and have miso soup as well. The best are fresh made ones you can get in the morning though. Don’t over do the soy sauce. Try eating it with spinach and bonito and sesame seeds. The combo of tofu, miso soup and edamame will prevent breast cancer.

  8. Have meat only once a week. If cutting meat out is really hard, this is what my BFF does: she eats beef once dinner, chicken the next, tuna the next, she’s vegetarian one day, the vegan (which is hard but fun if you limit yourself to that one day a week) and finally a seafood day where there is a lot to choose from. Stay away from pork as much as possible.

  9. You should try to eat 50-100 different foods a week/month. You of course would have to eat them in very teeny portions then. Many small plates, thats the key. It makes eating fun.

  10. If you eat salads, or put jam on your toast, or you like a lot of cheese on your potatoes, etc, CUT DOWN. You want to spread all that stuff out so its ‘barely there’ =)

  11. Japanese people eat curry, we love curry, and if you have ever had a vegetarian curry, it makes you go. Just don’t get seconds!

  12. If you eat Ramen, don’t drink all the soup! It will just make you thirsty.

  13. If you are worried about your bone structure, don’t! It’s silly stressing over things you can only embrace.

  14. And this isn’t hard… don’t go to fast food restaurants. (If you do, get the fruits and yogurts) When I lived in Japan I went to McDonalds like twice a year. If you can’t quit cold turkey try ‘savoring’ a burger that’s not homemade. Then go home and make your own the next day. It’s so much better at home, and its cheaper!

  15. Cabbage. Especially if you eat meat or fried food, eat just as much cabbage at the same time. It will keep your blood from clotting.

  16. Sleep 9 hours a day. Always go to the bathroom right before you hop in bed.

  17. When you want to buy choclates and candy, go ahead, but don’t eat it all at once! Also, I have been doing this thing where I only buy each candy once. So one snickers, one starburst, one hersheys something. I savor it and never buy it again. I only buy things that say ‘new’ on it. It helps because I just LOVE eating, and if you put it in front of me, chances are I will eat it. If I tell myself ‘I already tried that’ it helps me say no. Of course, you don’t have to try everything, but in case you are like me - the mentality matters.

  18. I would suggest asking your mom to take you to Japan, if that’s in your mom’s budget. If not, ask her to go to Japanese restaurants. It can be pricey sometimes, but you can know that it’s good for you, and you most likely don’t have to worry about portions because they have that figured out for you already.

  19. Brush your teeth and listen to your dentist. If you brush your teeth, you are less likely to eat after ;) Because why would you want to eat and then brush your teeth AGAIN!

Good luck!
