How can I get a models body?

I’m fourteen years old, I weigh 137 pounds, and im 5’7. I play sports so I have a small top half and muscular legs. How can I get a models body by summer?

Well I’d first ask you about your diet , no junk food or fatty food stick to vegetables and fruit (there about 80% water so you dont put on much) youcan also eat cereals (oats,wheat) and nuts , reduce the amount of sugar and salt you take in…and the oil…

Then try some crunches, push ups,dips,tummy tucks, basically if you can get yourself a biggest loser tape (seriously) you will do great tey teach you to diet and exercise at the same time the only thing is they do a lot of strenuose exercise because its designed to make you lose weight fast…but you have to do it in a healthy way…

If not ask your local doctor cause there are a few (growse but effective)diets you can go on, basically most require you starving yourself and only drinking liquid things (ewww)…but yes or take up dance lessons BURNS FAT FAST…and you get a dancers body which is as close to a models one…

Models do crazy unhealthy things like starving themselves for days before a shoot. Also, I heard rumors of them doing things like eating cotton balls soaked in orange juice for weeks before a big shoot. You don’t want a model’s body anyway. Paris Hilton has one, and look at her, she is ugly as sin.

you dont know hoe models get there bodies, do you? …most of them are either born with it, or resault in seriously starving themselves to be that thin. a lot of them also work too hard/ exerscise too hard to get it. unless your naturally that thin, becoming like that could cause your body a lot of damage. if you must loose weight, do it the healthy way. eat helthy and exercise reguarly. you dont see imediant results (you dont with anything other than cosmetic surgery) but if you stick with it youll start to see some withing a week or two. also diets do not work. depriving your body of much needed foods is wrong, and will make you weaker, not skinnier.
