Yupp. One of my friend’s mum made waffles and dear God it made my tongue want to fall off. Didn’t want to tell her cause she was sorta proud of them for some reason. That and my mum made pineapple jelly and {{blah}} it was gross. But I lied and said I loved it and she made more. :(

My grandma, a great lady but cant cook for kids. One night when I was about 8 years old she said she was going to have pizza for dinner. 8 years old I assumed pizza was the same in every household in America. I was wrong, for dinner we had what she claimed pizza casserole. I dont think it was pizza but I did what my parents said, pretend to enjoy it or else. After that whenever I spent the night she said she was going to make my favorite. I still have serious doubts as to the authenticity of that pizza.
