How can I stop midnight snacking?

I can’t help eating before bed. I know its horrible for my health, but I can’t resist a snack. Is there anything that helps curb this?

having somethng else to do instead perhaps get into a habbit of chewing gum, or something else that occupys your mouth or hands so you dont think about eating also try to eat something filling before bedtime so you wont be as hungry and if you feel like snacking, have a drink instead hope that helped you
