hips and thighs

is there a fast way to tone these areas? like the back of my legs and the sides near my hips?

Lunges, squats, cycling.

I find that doing spinning classes helps the best for me in those areas.

Lunges, we are doing these in field hockey practice, its intense we do them every practice on the field, it hurts and you get wicked sore but you can notice in like a week or so depending on your body type
