how to lose weight in my thighs,hips,& stomach

Well, I wanted to know how to lose weight in my thighs,hips,& stomach. I really hate my stomach an I want it smaller and flatter before june. And I want to gain more in my boobs, lol. But I feel really ashamed of wht my stomach looks like, because I look thin and skinny until summer comes around & bam the fatness. And I need help fast. I want to no how to loose at least 15 pounds. & im turning 13. So this is a difficult time. Please help me.?! My stomach is my main point.

try doing about 150-200 crunches a day (ya I no its a lot) but it works. stay away from fatty foods and focus more on healthy stuff. running a lot helps, too. if you have a track team or a cross country team at your school, try joining it. good luck! :)

Turn on some upbeat music. Flex your stomach muscles. Roll your hips all kinds of crazy ways. You’ll find out about muscles you never knew you had if you do it for a little while.

It slimmed me down and helps my body stay toned.
