Help me get rid of this belly and thigh fat
ahh, so I feel like I’ve tried EVERYTHING, but I’ve still got some extra belly fat (and thighs.) I mean I’m not like huge but all of my friends are super skinny. I don’t want to be like gross skinny, I just want to feel good about my body. any help?
You could try wraps or tight curdles. In the 1800’s women had small waists and hips because they wore those tight curdles that the strings were pulled tight as possible and then tied.
Wouldn’t hurt to give it a try.
well to loose belly fat do some sit ups each day and crunches..keep doing more and more each day try to push yourself like try doing 2 more each day.

Well, you arent fat so it’ll be harder to shift weight yourself (I think lmao) but like 100 crunches when you wake up, 100 before lunch (at home, not at school obv!) and 100 before dinner and before you go bed. you can do some if your on the phone, bored, nothing to do etc. eat a healthy small 5 meals a day SMALL 5 meals. dont go and eat 5 full meals. skip desserts, dont eat between meals, all the simple stuff. xx
