How to stop eating a lot at the end of the day?

I’ve been like Anorexic for awhile, or I WAS anyway. I aim to eat like 450-500 calories a day, and I do so well, then at the end of the day I start eating a lot. What do I do? I need to stop so I don’t gain weight. I think I’m doing this because I starved myself for awhile. I do not want to go back to being like obese! PLEASE!

Hi I think what you need to do is just try and balance your food a day and if your hungry at the end of the day eat some healthy stuff, it doesnt have to be fruit! Or maybe drink some milk before bed that will probly keep you going till morning! And your sopposed to have 2000 calories a day! xxx hope you sort your problem out with my help!

you need to increase your calorie intake during the day. Of course with a 500 calorie diet your going to eat a lot at night, your bodies hungry. You probably burn off all those calories anyway, just eat more and you won’t gain weight. It will help your motabolism.

If you find yourself eating a lot at night…fill your self with healthy food. Best thing to do is drink a glass of Milk, that will fill your stomach and you won’t be so hungry.

hun, your suppose to eat 2000 calories a day. I’m skinny for my age and I can eat 2400 and still be under what I could have. you’ll be safe, don’t worry.

At the end of the day I eat more! Like, a lot! Because for so long I didn’t eat.
