Help me lose weight before my Wedding Day!

I want to know how I can lose 25 pounds in 3 months before my Wedding Day on Aug 2, 2008. I also want to know how I can get apple-bottom butt too.

hey!! okay, I am getting married a week after you are! congrats! I am very apple shaped- my 30 extra pounds sit annoyingly on my tummy and upper body. are you the same way??

I am drinking a slimfast shake for breakfast (because it is easy! haha), eating lean meat for lunch, my snack is usually a cup of fruits and or veggies, and for dinner I have another shake. It may not be for you, but I like slimfast (I buy the high protein powder at walmart because it has less sugar), and I drop weight quickly and healthily).

I also walk, jog, run, or swim everyday (that doesn’t mean you have to kill yourself everyday… just get out there everyday, even if its just for 10 minutes) Lift weights about 4 times a week. most gowns will showcase your arms… so make sure your’s are toned!! that’s my biggest fear!!! haha…

my motivation is a picture of me in a swimsuit (beach honeymoon)… and a bunch of models in gowns and swimsuits… just to keep my eye on the goal.

Rid the frigde of things that will help you cheat… bluebell in the freezer will just set you up for failure!

To start out you can go to the gym and work it off. And, try going to the gym as much as possible. Or, if you want, get some kind of special medicine to loose weight. With diet and exersise.

To lose the weight, you HAVE TO walk 1 or more HOUR(s) EVERYday! and then tone up by doing pilates 3 or 4 times a week. And stay away from FAST FOOD!And water should be all you drink or tea. Pop is the worst. Juice has sugar. And try to drink coffee with skim milk. But most importantly, if you feel good, you look good. Dont live to eat, but eat to live.

lean meat (chicken, fish, turkey) cooked in chicken broth (not oil or butter)… and lots of green veggies like broccoli, squash, asparagus, spinach, etc. no milk, no carbs, take a multivitamin, and a calcium supplement. run or do the eliptical 20 minutes a day.

sit-ups will help strengthen that area.

Sunshine dust, that “diet” sounds extremely unhealthy. I don’t know a soul that thinks being malnourished is sexy. And being malnourished makes the body much more susceptible to illness, fatigue, and all sorts of other nasty things.

My husband joined Weight Watchers. It is working really well for him. He doesn’t have to starve himself and he looses 2-5 lbs. a week.

Well I’m actually trying to do the same thing before my wedding day…So I’ll let you in on what diet and excercise plan I’ve been trying to stick to. Drink Lactose-Free Fat Free milk mixed with Sugar Free chocolate syrup. That’s your meal, drink about 4 tall glasses a day to keep the hunger away. Then if you get a chance to sweat during any activity for an extended amout of time, thats really good. Like Richard Simmoms says “When you sweat, you shrink, so dance your pants off”. ha
