HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT IN 15 DAYS?!?! enough weight to make it noticable!!! help me pleeez!!!

well, you could do it by starving yourself, and only drinking vitamin water, which has about 100 calories per bottle, or you could cut out the junk food and do sit-ups when your bored. there’s really no easy way to loose the weight. if you decide to starve, there’s risks. but if you choose the eating healthy & excersizing option, it will most likely take more than 15 days. hope i helped!
