Yay I made the cheerleading squard im so happy but nothin new made it three years in a row yay.but anyways my coach tells me I have the highest toe touch in the squard but every time I do my toe touch one of my leg is sooo high and the other one is not that high I don't know why but? Can you guys tell me how I can make it the I don't know how to explain it hpe you guys under stood I don't know help me plzz thnx =)
I would stretch and prac. On the trampoline !!! That's what I did when I was a cheerleader !!!
