Cheerleading help

I need advice in getting my standing tuck higher, and being able to get and do my full on a hard matt, ( not a spring floor ) im a sophomore and really want to improove these skills for my junior year try out on my team. Thanks.

For your standing tuck try to pull your legs even closer to your body, if you get what I’m saying? As for your full you should have someone spot for you while you practice it on a hard matt (but maybe try one thats a bit softer than usual). You cant master it if you dont try:)
