How can I stop being so fat?

Well,i am 13 years old!!!i feel like i am really fat!!! And loads of clothes could be stuck on to my body and it’s horrible!!!!my older sis is way skinner than me and so is my younger sis!!!!i hate it cause they can wear bikinis in the summer and i could never be seen in them!!!!!i luv spotz!!!i Do lots of them but its not helping me!!!!! And worst of all i am heaver than my older sis!!!!nd she’s a few years older than me!!!!! And all my friends are really skinny!!!!i saw da pic of babe 11!!!i don’t want to be that skinny cause datz a bit scary!!!i just want to be skinny in some way!!!!i have loads of fat blobs on my stomach!!!! And it’s so horrible!!!i could cry!!!!so plz plz plz help me!!!!!!!!tankz xxxxxxxxxxx

Eating write & Exercising are to main keys to the puzzle of solving this problem you have… Which, honestly… I would normally just say be comfortable in your own skin, who cares what people think.

But it is clearly bothering you… Here is what I would advise… Be taking your vitamins regulairly, don’t completely cut out sugars & fatty foods, as they are necessary to a healthy diet.

Rather limit your intake of junk type foods, and make sure you’re keeping plenty active. You said you like sports? Thats good!

Be patient, it can take sometime…

Also, you might speak with your doctor to have them run some testing on you to determine a possible action plan, or maybe a supplement that might further help you with this.

Don’t become so discouraged, I am sure this is totally frustrating… Coming from me, you may think, I don’t know… Though I was the thinnest member of my family, I loved & suffered along with them, Seeing how mean and hateful people can be, and know to some degree what you are going through…

Hold your head up & don’t give up, if this is really sumthing you want to do, Make it a goal and take the steps to succeed in it.

Sometimes however, it may just be that your metabolism is slower than normal… In thish case, this is one reason why I would recommend potentially speaking with a doctor or dietitian in order to clearly outline what is the best possible option for you.

i use to weigh 150 n i started eatin healthier n exersisin,and im weighin 124 in less than 3 months!!…jus try 2 not eat foods wit a lot of fat,or fried,dont eat bread and rice their lik super bad n jus a bit of it makes u gain weight,pizza is a total NO!!dats wat made me gain weight!!!…eat more fruits and vegetables n salads,try buyin granola bars 4rm nature valley as snacks 2,and their good 2 eat.Exersise atleast 5 days a week do many things dat make u sweat!!…as long as u eat healthier and exersise,u will loose weight!!!!GOOD LUCK!!!
